Before you start, please do read and understand the terms and conditions applied.

1) Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of each item for your reference.

2) Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.

3) Item price does not include shipping charge. Please refer to F&Q section for detailed shipping charges.

4) Every parcel comes with a tracking code. You can track the delivery status by calling up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Center.

5) We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage.

6) To ensure the matching look and feel about our products with displayed images on our website, we insist to provide our own product images.
However, at certain time, the color of the products displayed may not represent the actual item color due to photo lighting and color touch up for clearer visibility purposes.

7) We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.

4) 每个地方都有不同的运输号，您可联络至邮政局并附上我方发给您的运输号码来追查您的货品。

5）我方无需对您穿坏的衣服负上任何的责任。

6）为了确保货品的质量，我方使用的图片都是自己再重拍再放上我方的网站。
无论如何，在某些情况下，由于灯光或其他原因，照片里的产品颜色或许会和真实的些不同。

7）我方有权随时更改所有条约。

8）请确认您接受以上我方的付款条约。
