1) How do you delivery to buyers? 请问你怎样将货品送给买家？
We usually deliver via Post Office Singapore/Malaysia on the next working day once payment is received. On rare cases where an item is restocked, we may need to wait for the restocked item to reach us first before a delivery is made (you will be informed).
我方通常会在收到您的款项后的一天内使用新加坡/马来西亚邮政局将货品寄至您的地址

2) How long will it take for my dress to arrive? 我的货品需要多少天才会送到我手呢？
Post Office will usually take few working days to whole Malaysia, and around 3 Working Days for whole Singapore. 
通常邮政局需要大概几天的时间将货品送到全马各地，新加坡地区的话需要大概3天左右的时间。

3) Can COD be arranged? 请问可以安排面对面交易吗？
Yes, but only for purchases more than sgd200 in total and in Singapore areas.
可以。但是您必须购买超过新币两百元。

4) How do we pay you? 买家应该如何付款？
Payment can be made by online transfer or cash deposit to our bank account. For COD, you pay us cash of course.
款项可通过网上转帐，ATM转帐，现金存款。至于面对面交易，当然您可以直接给现款。

5) Where are all items from? 您的货源都是从哪里来的？
They are all specially handpicked from all over the globe. Therefore, each design comes in limited pieces and colors. They are all so exclusive and you might be the only first few that wear it.
我们多数都是自己亲手去厂家地方选货，或者一些自己设计的产品。
